Our Region
The Burnett Mary region is internationally renowned for its ecological diversity, rich cultural heritage and extensive primary production.
Queensland’s largest regional population outside of South East Queensland.
The region borders the southern part of the Great Barrier Reef.
Home to World Heritage listed K’gari [Fraser Island]. The largest sand island in the world.

Improving the natural world requires greater transparency. We achieve this by measuring, quantifying, and surfacing the economic value of nature using modern environmental accounting frameworks. By baselining the state of our environment, we can prioritise areas of focus and quantify the impact of our interventions.
